LOST IN KABUL

2008

Kabul is both open laboratory and a shattered experiment. A place where elements collide under no control whatsoever.
What unfolds there is not only about a war never formerly declared, despite being one of the longest conflicts ever witnessed in modern history. Every consequence of this never-ending conflict is amplified and tainted by a common sense of perpetual disgrace.

Here people lives have been destroyed in their flesh and in their soul, for more than three decades their faith in the future has slowly and gradually disappeared. A perfect background for minds to fall into madness.

‘Lost in Kabul’ reflects on a nation and a whole society brought to its knees, hardly resisting the temptation of falling apart completely.
